Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata membuka kesempatan kepada Warga
Negara Republik Indonesia untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil,
setelah memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dan lulus Ujian Penyaringan
yang diadakan oleh Panitia Penerimaan CPNS, kualifikasi pendidikan,
jabatan, lokasi penempatan dan tempat pendaftaran/seleksi penerimaan
sebagaimana tersebut pada lampiran pengumuman ini.


A. SYARAT UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai
dengan tenaga yang dibutuhkan;
2. Pria dan Wanita dengan usia pada tanggal 1 Desember 2007 tidak
melebihi : 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun bagi pelamar yang berijazah S1
dan DIV,dengan Indeks Prestasi (IP) minimal 2,75.23; 30 (tiga puluh)
tahun bagi pelamar yang berijazah Diploma III (D-III),dengan Indeks
Prestasi (IP) minimal 2,75.
3. Pelamar diutamakan mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan lancar baik lisan
maupun tertulis;
4. Berbadan sehat;
5. Tidak terikat hubungan kerja/ikatan dinas dengan Instansi
Pemerintah atau Badan Swasta Lainnya;
6. Tidak terlibat langsung atau tidak langsung dalam kegiatan
organisasi yang bertentangan dengan Pancasila, Undang-Undang Dasar
1945, Negara dan Pemerintah (PUNP);
7. Tidak pernah tersangkut perkara pidana, dan kasus narkoba.


B. SYARAT KHUSUS
1. Telah terdaftar sebagai Tenaga Pencari Kerja pada Bursa Kesempatan
Kerja Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi;
2. Membuat surat lamaran yang dibuat dengan tulisan tangan sendiri
dengan tinta hitam, rangkap 1 (satu) di kertas bermaterai Rp. 6000,-
yang dilampirkan dengan :
a. Daftar Riwayat Hidup meliputi pendidikan formal dan informal serta
pengalaman;
b. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik (SKKB) untuk melamar
pekerjaan dari Kantor Kepolisian setempat yang masih berlaku
sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
c. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari dokter
Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit Pemerintah;
d. Pas foto terakhir (hitam putih/berwarna) menghadap ke muka ukuran 3
x 4 sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;
e. Fotocopy Ijazah/STTB terakhir yang telah disahkan dan dilegalisir
oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
f. Transkip Nilai Akademik yang sudah dilegalisir oleh Dekan Fakultas
bagi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan bagi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta sesuai
peraturan pemerintah;
g. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar.
h. Surat Keterangan Penyetaraan Ijazah dari Depdiknas bagi peserta
lulusan dari luar negeri.
3. Waktu pendaftaran/penerimaan berkas lamaran :
Dimulai pada tanggal 7 s.d. 16 Nopember 2007 sesuai jam kerja.
4. Tempat Pendaftaran :
Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi masing-masing rayon.
5. Tata cara melamar :
a. Surat lamaran sebagaimana dimaksud pada butir 2, beserta
lampirannya disampaikan ke Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan
Transmigrasi masing-masing wilayah rayon, khusus untuk Daerah DKI
Jakarta di Jl. Prapatan No. 52 Jakarta Pusat, yang dialamatkan ke :

b. Surat lamaran beserta lampirannya disusun rapih sesuai dengan
urutan, untuk masing-masing tingkat pendidikan, stop map yang
digunakan ditentukan sebagai berikut :
S1 dan DIV map warna merah;
D III map warna biru.
c. Kepada para pelamar yang telah menyerahkan berkas lamaran akan
diberikan Tanda Terima Penyerahan Berkas (TPB) yang berupa Nomor
Urut Pendaftaran oleh Petugas Kantor Dinas tenaga Kerja dan
Transmigrasi masing-masing wilayah.


6. Seleksi/Ujian Penyaringan :
a. Materi Seleksi/Ujian Tertulis :
Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) yang meliputi : Tes Pengetahuan
Umum (Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Hankam
dan Hukum), Tes Bakat Skolastik (Kemampuan verbal, Kuantitatif
dan Penalaran), dan Tes Skala Kematangan (Kemampuan
adaptasi, pengendalian diri, semangat berprestasi, integritas dan
inisiatif).
Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB) berupa Tes berdasarkan DisiplinIlmu.
b. Tes Wawancara.
Bagi peserta yang memenuhi batas nilai minimal (passing grid) dan
berada pada rangking teratas dari hasil seleksi/ujian tertulis, akan
diikutsertakan dalam seleksi wawancara (satu formasi berbanding dua
peserta nilai ranking teratas)
c. Pelaksanaan :
Seleksi dilakukan serentak pada tanggal 24 Nopember 2007,
tempat seleksi sesuai yang telah ditentukan.
Peserta Seleksi yang tidak mengikuti salah satu materi seleksi
dianggap gugur sebagai peserta.


Hasil Seleksi/Ujian Penyaringan akan diumumkan melalui Kantor
Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi masing-masing wilayah dan
Website : www.budpar.go.id.


7. Lain-lain
a. Dalam rangka penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini, Panitia
TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari para pelamar.
b. Semua biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pelamar untuk menyusun lamaran
dan pendaftarannya maupun biaya lainnya dalam rangka mengikuti
ujian Penyaringan serta biaya-biaya kelengkapan berkas lamaran jika
pelamar oleh Panitia dinyatakan diterima sebagai Calon Pegawai
Negeri Sipil, sepenuhnya menjadi beban masing-masing pelamar dan
tidak dapat dimintakan penggantian biaya ke Departemen Kebudayaan
dan Pariwisata.
c. Keputusan Panitia Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil
Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata berlaku mutlak dan tidak
dapat diganggu gugat.
d. Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata/Panitia Penerimaan Calon
Pegawai Negeri Sipil tidak mengadakan surat-menyurat dan tidak
melayani permintaan penjelasan hasil ujian/seleksi.
e. Dalam Seleksi Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen
Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata ini, penilaian semata-mata didasarkan
kepada kecakapan/hasil ujian masing-masing pelamar.
f. Surat lamaran yang sudah masuk ke Panitia, dengan alasan apapun
tidak dapat diminta kembali, oleh karenanya Panitia tidak melayani
permintaan kembali atas berkas lamaran baik langsung maupun melalui
surat.

II.         PERSYARATAN UMUM
Warga Negara Republik Indonesia, Surat berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara (kurungan), Tidak dalam kedudukan sebagai pengurus/anggota parpol, Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri maupun sebagai Pegawai Swasta, Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani, Tidak berstatus sebagai CPNS/PNS, Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat, tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi milik Departemen Dalam Negeri, Berkas yang tidak lengkap sesuai yang dipersyaratkan dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat/gugur.


III.        PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
a.        IPK minimum     = 3,30 (tiga koma tiga puluh) untuk S.3 dan S.2,  3,00 (tiga koma nol-nol) untuk S.1 dan D.III,
b.        Usia maksimum = 35 tahun (bagi pelamar yang berpendidikan S.3 dan S.2), 30 tahun (bagi pelamar yang berpendidikan S.1), 27 tahun (bagi pelamar yang berpendidikan D.III).
Usia maksimum berlaku pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2007


IV.      PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI
a. Surat lamaran ditujukan kepada MENTERI DALAM NEGERI dengan alamat PO.BOX 4365 JKP 10043 harus ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri (bermaterai Rp. 6.000,-), paling lambat 6 (enam) hari cap pos sejak diiklankan melalui Koran (sampai tanggal 29 September 2007) dan tidak melayani lamaran yang diserahkan secara langsung selain melalui PO.BOX yang telah ditentukan;
b. Pada sudut kiri atas bagian depan amplop lamaran ditulis : jurusan/kualifikasi pendidikan;
c. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
d. Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai (IPK) yang telah dilegalisir ASLI oleh pejabat yang berwenang; (Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah sementara tidak dapat diterima);
e. Pas Foto terakhir berwarna 3 X 4 Sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar;
f.   Surat kelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara (kurungan) yang dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari Kepolisian;
g. Foto kopi Akte Kelahiran yang dilegalisir oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;
h. Masing-masing berkas dimasukan dalam map :
Bagi S.3 (dimasukkan dalam map berwarna putih), Bagi S.2 (dimasukkan dalam map berwarna merah), Bagi S.1 (dimasukkan dalam map berwarna hijau), Bagi D.III (dimasukkan dalam map berwarna biru).


V.       MATERI, JADUAL TEST DAN LAIN-LAIN
a. Seleksi administratif dengan melihat kelengkapan persyaratan diatas.
b. Ujian tertulis meliputi materi Tes Pengetahuan Umum Terpadu (Kebijakan Pemerintah, Kemampuan Umum, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dan Pengetahuan Umum lainnya), Tes Bakat Skolastik, dan Ujian Kemampuan/Substansi sesuai disiplin ilmu yang dimiliki, yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2007.
