Finance Assistant di LSM Internasional CARDI - Banda Aceh

CARDI, an international NGO consortium providing support to persons affected
by conflict and natural disaster is looking for qualified national
candidates to fill in position to be based in Banda Aceh :
Finance Assistant (FA - BA)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance Officer on cash management, cash transactions and
bank transactions
- Perform the posting of daily financial entries;
- Assist Finance Officer to maintain the copy of all Cash and Bank
voucher
- Ensure all required supporting documentation for financial
transactions are available
- Assist Finance Officer to ensure the monthly bill and any other
payment is being settled before the due date/on time
- Assist Finance Officer to prepare the mid and monthly financial
reports (including bank and cash reconciliation statements, cash count
report, bank statement, etc.)
- Assist Finance Officer to ensure the submission of cash request to
Jakarta
- Assist Finance Officer to ensure the policies and procedures for
CARDI partners or CARDI Sub-grant are in place
- Other tasks that may arise and are necessary for the functioning
of the office.
Job Requirements/Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree in related field and/or proven experience in
finance preferably in INGO settings
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail, financial
software is a plus)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to work autonomously
when required
- Ability to cope with more than one task at same time.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- To be able to use initiative and make appropriate decisions
